This policy applies to orders placed with Micah’s Unlimited. Review the delivery options and final charges shown at checkout before placing your order.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping to one address in the contiguous United States is free on merchandise orders of $100 or more before tax. For orders under $100, standard shipping is $9.90. Shipping to a P.O. Box is available by standard delivery only. Any destination not offered at checkout is currently unavailable.

Processing and availability

In-stock merchandise is typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If an item requires stock verification or is back-ordered, we will contact you with available information. If an unavailable item cannot be back-ordered, we will refund it to the original payment method; refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Tracking and delivery questions

When tracking is available, shipment details will be sent to the email address used for your order. Carrier estimates can change. Contact us with your order number if tracking is missing or a delivery problem occurs.

Address changes and pickup

Check your shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly if it needs correction; changes may not be possible once an order has been prepared. Local pickup is available only when explicitly offered at checkout. Please wait for a ready-for-pickup notification and follow its instructions.
